Is a home colon cleanse as good as a colonic?

I can't afford colonic irrigation and wondered if doing a home colon cleanse is as good.

If so what do you recommend?

Thanks for asking the question on behalf of many others who can't afford colonic irrigation treatment prices.

I hesitated before answering this because the answer is yes and no.

Colonic irrigation is the quickest and most effective way I know of clearing loads of toxic old waste out of your colon, period.

It changed my life dramatically and almost overnight and I have never looked back.

There is however as you will see looking through the site, preparation for colonic irrigation which vastly increases the success of the treatment and this preparation alone is invaluable for your colon health and colon cleansing.

Together with foods that cleanse your colon naturally, maybe herbal supplements, and home colon cleansing using maybe detox enemas then you certainly should be able to see many dramatic improvements in your health and life.

The main thing is that I believe it would be slower than having colonic irrigation.
